Strigino international airport (part of the Airports of Regions holding) is expanding its route network. Starting on November 2, Pegas Fly Airlines has opened a direct flight over the Yerevan – Nizhny Novgorod – Yerevan route.

The flight will be operated once a week on Saturday. The departure time from Nizhny Novgorod is 16:05 local time; from Yerevan flights will depart at 13:15 local time and will be performed by Embraer 190 jets.

Yerevan has been one of the most popular tourist destinations among people of Russia of late. Furthermore, Armenia is included in the list of 18 best budget tourist destinations for 2019.
