Entry of Citizens from Abroad

The restarting of international flights is accompanied by uncompromised execution of Resolution No. 7 dated 18 March 2020 by Chief National Health Officer of the Russian Federation “On Ensuring the Lockdown Regime to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19”.
As per the decision of the Russian government regular international flights between the airports of Moscow, Moscow Region, Saint-Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, on the one hand, and foreign capitals London (UK), Zanzibar (Tanzania) as well as Istanbul and Ankara (Turkey), on the other hand, will be restarted at midnight 01 August 2020.
Starting at midnight 10 August 2020 regular and charter international flights are resumed between the said airports of the Russian Federation and the following cities of the Turkish Republic: Antalya, Bodrum, Dalaman.
All Russian citizens arriving from abroad shall:
- fill out a special form on the Public Services’ resource when checking in for their flights,
- fill out a questionnaire on board the plane in Russian,
- upload the results of testing for coronavirus unto the said form within three calendar days,
All foreign citizens arriving in Russia shall:
provide information on the negative results of their biomaterial tested for Covid-19 by PCR method, sampled not earlier than three calendar days before their arrival in Russia,
fill out a questionnaire in English and Russian on board the plane,
in the lack of any medical certificate confirming the negative result of laboratory testing pass this testing in the territory of Russia within three calendar days upon arrival.
Passengers may not be admitted on board the aircraft without a medical certificate corroborating the negative results of their testing for Covid-19 by PCR method, should their airlines so decide.
Questionnaires filled out by all Russian and foreign citizens arriving are forwarded to a territorial agency of the Russian consumer health watchdog, depending on their final destination.
All people arriving in Russia are notified of the need to comply with Resolution No. 7, dated 18 March 2020, by Chief National Health Officer of the Russian Federation.
