Nizhny Novgorod International Airport Launches a Call Center

Since today’s date, Nizhny Novgorod International Airport (“Airports of Regions” holding company) has launched a call center for passengers: 8-800-1000-333. Now, the information about arrivals and departures of flights, airport services, general rules of air travel and airlines contact details can be obtained from the call-center operators. You can find information on booking, tariffs, choice of routes and ticketing at the ticket offices and on the website of Nizhny Novgorod Airport. In future, we will develop a special service for booking air and train tickets based on the call-center.

Depending on the number of calls the call-center can be serviced by as many as15 operators, including English-speaking ones. Up to now, the information services at Nizhny Novgorod Airport were provided by one operator per shift, who often had difficulties processing all the requests. With the transition to the airport call-center the dialup difficulties will be removed. All conversations with the airline passengers will be recorded for monitoring the quality and optimization of service.
