Strigino international airport (part of the Airports of Regions holding) provided services for 57,700 children on domestic and international flights during the summer vacations, up 6.5% year-on-year. Passengers aged 12 and younger are qualified as children by airlines.

Antalya is the absolute leader in terms of children’s vacations, with over 25,400 children transported on the given route alone. Overall almost 27,600 children set off for Turkish health resorts (Antalya, Dalaman) in summer. Other popular destinations include Moscow (9,800 kids) and Sochi (4,700 kids), followed by Simferopol and Larnaka.
